Staffing and Equipment Rental

California Fresh Catering is dedicated to making your event a success. Our catering coordinators can tailor staffing and equipment rental to your specific needs.

Staffing:
Polished and specially trained servers can be provided at $20 per server, per hour.

Equipment:
CFC’s catering coordinators can assist with determining which rental items are needed to give your guests the best possible impression.

“Everyday” place settings include:
Dinner plate, bread/salad plate, dessert plate, silverware, glass, coffee cup, salt, pepper, sugars, and creamers:  $3.50 per person.

Formal place settings include: 
• Upscale tableware is available and will be customized based on client's preferences.
• Wine Glasses:  30¢ each
• 8-Quart Round chafing dish: $15 each
• 12-quart rectangular chafing dish: $20 each
• Coffee/Tea/Hot Water Percolator: $20 each
• Cold Beverage Dispensers: $10 each
• Centerpiece candle: $10 each
• Candelabra: $15 each

Linens:
• Napkins:  30¢ each
• 120” round tablecloths:  $12 each
• 72” rectangular table cloths:  $10 each
