ORDERING IS EASY!
As you’ll experience, working with our staff to make the perfect selections is remarkably simple. Call us at 336-777-0145.

  • Minimum of 9 servings per selection.

  • Final count and payment to be provided 7 business days prior to the event.

  • The order may be cancelled up to 7 business days prior to the event without a fee.

  • Upscale disposable place settings are available. Add $8.99 for disposable chafing dish with sterno. Rental equipment, everyday china, platters, and chafing dishes are also available for an additional charge from our Staffing & Equipment Rental section.

  • For delivery, 9-person minimum per selection, with a $75 minimum order.

DELIVERY:
CFC delivers to ever expanding locations throughout the Triad. There is no delivery charge within the City of Winston-Salem. Delivery charges to locations outside Winston-Salem are based on distance.

TAXES:
Local sales tax is added to all orders.

TIPPING CATERERS:
Tipping caterers can be a real mystery. Most caterers have a service charge that is included in the bill and is distributed to the cooks, driver and wait staff. At California Fresh Catering, there is no service charge, and tipping 10 to 18% of the entire bill is appropriate and appreciated. Let us know in advance, and this amount can be added to the invoice or credit card charge.
